Little Aston host fashion show in aid of breast cancer charities

In partnership with Spire Little Aston Hospital and Newlife Foundation, Cancer Partners UK Little Aston, hosted a fundraising fashion evening in aid of local and national breast cancer charities.

This fun opportunity to raise money showcased the fashion-loving nature of thirteen women who have experienced, or are undergoing treatment for, breast cancer. We raised around £700 and have been told since the fashion show and special occasion / eveningwear sale that we helped to boost their confidence and provide a sense of wellbeing.

The partnership that we built with Newlife Foundation, and our ongoing work with Spire Little Aston, made for a successful evening. Attendees were able to bag a bargain while we were able to provide funds to benefit Breast Friends – Sutton Coldfield, Breast Friends – Solihull and Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

Cancer Partners UK aim to provide a holistic approach to cancer care and we feel that this event helped to show that we not only care about treating people, we care about the people we treat!
