Patient Satisfaction
The feedback from our patients is vitally important to Cancer Partners UK. Opportunities to learn from, maintain and improve the patient experience can only be achieved from listening to patients and their families and being open to ongoing change and development.
The Patient Satisfaction questionnaire is given to all patients who feel able and willing to provide information. The questionnaire has changed each year since the opening of our first South Downs centre to ensure that we cover different aspects of the service provided and to make sure that we are consistently meeting and exceeding patient expectations.
The questionnaire is a series of questions and patients are able to provide additional comments. This work is also supported by patient feedback received from patient letters and cards in addition to centre quality visits conducted by members of the management team who regularly meet with patients to discuss their experience of their clinical care and the facilities available in the centres.
