Cancer Partners UK is an innovative and dynamic company establishing a network of compact state-of-the-art Radiotherapy centres across the UK. All linacs are matched and have on-board kV imaging and every centre utilises centralised Mosaiq and Pinnacle Servers with full remote access. All patients are CT planned, with MR planning scans & image fusion as appropriate. Fully committed to delivering the latest technology we have so far treated 95% of our patients with Image Guided Radiotherapy and online correction, and over 60% with Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy, since opening our first centres in 2009/10.

Cancer Partners UK Milton Keynes - General Manager
With a planned opening date of September 2013 Milton Keynes will be our biggest centre to date and will incorporate chemotherapy and diagnostic services along with complementary therapies. We are seeking a general manager who will direct all of the services offered and will be in a unique position to drive this model for future projects of this type.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate solid management experience gained in a healthcare environment. Key to the success of this role will be a strong commercial focus and the ability to forge relationships with healthcare professionals at all levels.
Cancer Partners UK Milton Keynes - Lead Radiographer
Due to the challenges we face in Milton Keynes we are seeking to recruit a Lead Radiographer to work closely in support of the General Manager. Whilst maintaining a strong commercial focus, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all CQC and HPC requirements and the delivery of excellent patient care.
A sound working knowledge of current radiotherapy practices and strong man-management skills are essential for this role.
For both of these roles we would expect that the successful candidate would gain experience in our existing centres prior to the opening of the Milton Keynes Centre.
Cancer Partners UK Milton Keynes – Business Development Manager
In order to support the continued growth of our business, we are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager with the ability make a real impact on the success of our new centre in Milton Keynes.
Responsible for driving growth in activity and revenue, we are looking for a candidate who has the ability to work in an environment where relationships with professional groups are the key to achievement.
Results driven, with high levels of determination and initiative, the successful candidate will also require excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles and sales management, with a proven ability in targeting and selling a service proposition to diverse audiences.
A knowledge of the private healthcare market and a minimum 5 years business development/marketing experience is desirable but not essential.
The role will be home based and may require evening work to host meetings and events.
Cancer Partners UK Oxford - Centre Manager/Lead Radiographer
Cancer Partners will be opening a stand-alone centre in Oxford in Autumn 2013. As with Milton Keynes this centre will offer a range of complimentary treatments such as relaxation techniques and dietary advice in conjunction with the charity Penny Brohn. We seek an experienced Radiotherapy Manager to ensure delivery of excellent patient care whilst adhering to both CQC and HPC standards.
The successful candidate will have a proven record in management, strong commercial awareness and the ability to ensure the growth and development of the Oxford centre in a challenging environment.
Cancer Partners UK Southampton – Senior Radiographer
Southampton was the second centre to open and is located with the Spire Hospital, Southampton. We now seek to recruit experienced radiographers to join our established teams. Working closely, with the clinical team of lead radiographer, lead physicist, lead dosimetrist, other radiographers, nurses and administration staff in all aspects of the radiotherapy process, the successful candidate will be an integral part in the delivery of excellent patient care.
